BulgariDOM is a private consultancy, set up to assist those people who want to get involved in Bulgarian life.

We aim to provide the best advice on how to get the best from the fantastic lifestyle that Bulgaria has to offer and purchase a property that might be a good long-term investment.

If you're interested in purchasing Bulgarian property, our fee structure is quite simple. If you wish to view any of the properties that we are offering for sale, it's free, we don't charge for viewings.

As property finders, we charge a flat fee of GBP500. The first GBP250 is payable upon engagement and the second when the purchase of a property is completed. If you purchase a property that happens to be one that we are offering for sale, with no agent involved, we will charge a commission of 3% of the property price and the flat fee will be waived.

Included in our service is a unique element; apart from properties that we find for you and submit for your consideration, you might see something that appeals to you, offered by another, perhaps Bulgarian agent. In such an instance, we will act solely in your interest, assessing the good and perhaps not so good points of the property and making you aware of these in a written report.

If you decide to go ahead with the purchase of such a property, we will support you throughout the purchase process, providing honest and impartial advice.

If you own a Bulgarian property, we can offer you free advertising space, to show your property to the hundreds of thousands of people who would like to holiday in Bulgaria but prefer not to buy. We can manage enquiries and refer these to you for bookings.
