VIEWING PROPERTIES

Viewing Trips available to the Varna region.

We will advise you on the best and most cost effective ways to travel to Bulgaria from your home location.

Upon arrival in Bulgaria, we will show you to your accommodation, which is included in the cost of the trip, where you will stay for three nights. There will be two days full viewings around properties in the Varna area, as well as (at the clients' wish) consultation with an independent Bulgarian lawyer, who will go through all the ins and outs of buying in Bulgaria.  

PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS: One person - E130 per person Two people - E90 per person, based on two people sharing a twin or double room Four or more people - E70 per person, based on two persons sharing twin or double rooms

(Prices subject to increase from May 1st 2006, due to the active season). It is the clients' responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance.

For the rest of Bulgaria, we do not organise formal viewing trips, but we will provide guidance regarding the best and most efficient ways to travel to and around Bulgaria. In addition, we will make accommodation reservations on behalf of our clients (clients must settle their own accounts). At the time of viewing, we will provide our English speaking staff to accompany our clients.

Whilst we can assist with transport, we recommend that clients use a hire car, so that they have freedom and are not tied to us, or any other agent.

As a matter of principle, we do not agree with the concept of charging to show properties to people, and will not do so. However, making arrangements for people to view properties incurs a cost and requires management time to make arrangements.

For this reason therefore, we request that clients lodge a deposit in the form of a cheque to the value of £100 plus VAT with us (this doesn’t apply for clients that book viewing trips). As long as the client keeps appointments to view, as arranged, this deposit will be returned in full. However, should the client not keep the viewing appointment/s, we will present the cheque for payment, in order to recover our costs and as a form of compensation.
